Production EngineerCheslyn Hay, Staffordshire £38,000-£43,000 plus excellent benefits 4-day weekWe are recruiting for a Production Engineer to join an established engineering business specialising in electrical control systems, control panels and automation solutions for a range of industrial applications. The business works closely with customers to design, manufacture and deliver bespoke electrical solutions, supporting projects from initial design and NPI through to production and final build.You will support the introduction of new products from initial prototype build and First Article Inspection through to production, providing the technical information required to deliver projects successfully.The Role Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototype build through to productionWork closely with customer engineers to understand requirements and develop production-ready solutionsProvide technical support and guidance to highly skilled electrical wiremen throughout the manufacturing processCreate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), wiring diagrams and production engineering documentationSupport First Article Inspection / ISIR and customer acceptance activitiesDevelop electrical designs and production information from customer requirementsEnsure products are designed effectively for manufacture and identify opportunities for improvementInvestigate and resolve production and engineering issuesSupport Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure engineering ..... full job details .....
