Production Engineer 38,000 - 45,000 + 4 Day Working Week (Every Friday Off) + Progression to Production Management + Benefits + Pension Hixon, StaffordshireAre you a Production / Manufacturing Engineer or similar looking to work a Monday to Thursday role for one of the UK''s biggest Contract Manufacturers, where you will be the go-to person for improving Manufacturing Operations with full autonomy to make the role your own?This is a newly created position where you''ll work closely with the Head of Engineering taking ownership of practical engineering problems across the shop floor. You''ll improve manufacturing processes, develop jigs and fixtures, solve recurring production issues and gradually take on broader responsibility across engineering and production. The company is an established UK subcontract manufacturer providing fabrication, machining, electromechanical assembly, testing and wider contract manufacturing services.
