Production Engineer

Production Engineer Romsey, Hampshire £35,000 £40,000 (Salary Dependent on Experience) We at JKR are excited to be supporting a forward-thinking manufacturing company, in recruiting for a brand-new Production Engineer position! Production Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: Provide support to management at all levels in achieving business objectives Comply with all Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental requirements Maintain a strong understanding of all activities within the assigned work areas Ensure all physical workspaces consistently meet or exceed company housekeeping standards Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management Conduct detailed tool inspections to ensure tools meet specification and are suitable for production use Carry out hands-on assembly and preparation of mould tools for production and development trials Plan and perform tool trials to validate tooling performance, process capability, and product quality Record, analyse, and report trial results, identifying improvements and implementing corrective actions where required Production Engineer Additional Skills and Attributes: Mechanical qualifications (minimum NVQ L3 or BTEC) Hands-on Mechanical background Familiarity with Quality Management processes, such as CAPA and Non-conformances (beneficial) Self-motivated with good time management and reliability Able to build professional relationships and work effectively as part of a team Flexible, enthusiastic, and maintains a ..... full job details .....
