Production Engineer

Roc Search''s client have a vacancy for a Production Engineer to join their team based in West Hampshire on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting all stages of their manufacturing processes - from documentation and test development to hands-on problem solving on the shop floor. RequirementsHND or Foundation Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering - Relevant experience is also acceptableKnowledge of electronics at component level, and the ability to read circuit diagrams, wiring schedules, mechanical drawings, and Gerber files.Experience in electronic manufacturing and PCBA processesBasic test and fault-finding skillsExperience using CAD Software (2D/3D) preferredFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (desirable)Understanding of Root Cause Analysis (desirable)Experience with 3D printers/mechanical engineering backgroundFull UK Driving License and Vehicle due to locationBenefitsUp to 38,000 per annum25 days holiday (increasing 1 day/year up to 30 days)Flexible working hoursHybrid workingSickPension Please note, our client is unable to sponsor now or in the future.
