Our Client is a growing manufacturer of high-quality LED reading lights for Aerospace, Maritime and Commercial interiors, and they''re looking for an enthusiastic Production Assembler to join the assembly team on a permanent basis. What you''ll be doing: Assemble a range of lighting products using detailed instructions, to a very high standard Carry out work in line with AS9100 requirements Complete electrical assembly tasks (electrical assembly experience is preferable) Perform electrical testing checks as part of the production process Work closely with the team to keep output consistent and quality high What you''ll bring: Previous fine assembly experience (electrical assembly experience is a bonus) Excellent attention to detail and a "quality first" mindset Computer literacy to support working processes Good communication skills and confidence working as part of a team Comfortable completing electrical testing accurately Additional information: Permanent full-time role with an immediate start possible Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on Friday (41.5 hours per week) Salary: £29,500 If you enjoy hands-on assembly work and want to build products that make a real difference for high-quality interiors, we''d love to hear from you.
