About the Role

Based in Witney, this permanent Production Assembler role sits with a manufacturer of LED reading lights for aerospace, maritime and commercial interiors. Working as part of the assembly team, the successful candidate will build a range of lighting products from detailed instructions, meeting high quality standards and AS9100 requirements. Duties include electrical assembly, which is preferable, plus testing checks during production. Close collaboration with colleagues helps maintain consistent output. Applicants should have previous fine assembly experience and a careful approach to getting work right first time. Salary is up to £29,500 per annum. Are you the kind of person who takes pride in getting things right the first time£ Our Client is a growing manufacturer of high-quality LED reading lights for Aerospace, Maritime and Commercial interiors, and they''re looking for an enthusiastic Production Assembler to join the assembly team on a permanent basis.

What you''ll be doing:
* Assemble a range of lighting products using detailed instructions, to a very high standard
* Carry out work in line with AS9100 requirements
* Complete electrical assembly tasks (electrical assembly experience is preferable)
* Perform electrical testing checks as part of the production process
* Work closely with the team to keep output consistent and quality high

What you''ll bring:
* Previous fine assembly experience (electrical assembly experience is a bonus)
* Excellent attention to detail and a "quality first" mindset
* Computer literacy to support working processes
* Good communication skills and confidence working as part of a team
* Comfortable completing electrical testing accurately

Additional information:
* Permanent full-time role with an immediate start possible
* Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on Friday (41.5 hours per week)
* Salary: £29,500
