Production Account Manager - venues
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with venue stakeholders, ensuring mutual growth and alignmentAct as the main point of contact for venue event enquiries, coordinating responses, site visits, and solutionsManage incoming briefs, gaining a clear understanding of client requirements and expectationsDevelop creative and commercially sound proposals aligned with venue capabilities and budgetsCollaborate with internal teams to design and deliver engaging event solutionsEnsure all financial elements, including quoting and invoicing, meet targetsIdentify opportunities to introduce additional services across the wider businessMaintain consistency and quality across all client communications and proposalsMonitor event outputs to ensure high standards of deliveryShare market insights gathered through venue relationships to support business developmentSupport delivery teams with venue-specific operational knowledge (e.g. access, restrictions, capabilities)Ensure all technical, creative, and logistical requirements are clearly communicated and executedTechnical Skills and ExperienceStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working with event equipment and/or live eventsBackground in a fast-paced administrative or account management roleGood financial awareness, including budgeting and working to targetsUnderstanding of how different business functions (e.g. operations, transport, finance) ..... full job details .....
