Position: Sales Account ManagerLocation: Sheffield, South YorkshireSalary: 30-45K, commensurate with experienceNicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Account Manager, to join an established client in the Sheffield area.You will be responsible for leading the Fabrication Department, driving profitable sales growth, owning technical and commercial risk, and ensuring quality, delivery, and process discipline.This role acts as the single point of accountability for Fabrication performance, bridging commercial strategy, technical validation, and operational delivery.Key responsibilities include:Overall sales performance and profitability of the Fabrication divisionDefine and drive the Fabrication sales strategy in line with business objectivesDevelop and maintain key customer relationships and strategic accountsProactively identify and convert new business and complex fabrication opportunitiesDrive quotation follow-up and customer engagementMaintain oversight of the sales pipeline, capacity alignment, and workload balanceLead recovery, retention, and growth of existing Fabrication customersAct as the technical authority for Fabrication quotations and commitmentsOversee technical interpretation of drawings, specifications, and standardsAuthorise and control scope changes, technical amendments, and re-work decisionsEnsure delivery commitments are realistic, validated, and controlledLead, develop, and support Sales Executives and Technical ..... full job details .....
