Be part of a team that inspires progress and empowers success.As a Product Solutions - Data and AI - VP in the Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform team, you will enable internal teams to maximize their data and analytics outcomes using Fusion Platform Solutions and Services. You will build expertise in Data and AI domains, create high-quality documentation and training materials, and guide clients in leveraging advanced tools. You''ll collaborate across product, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver integrated solutions. Your work will help shape product strategy and drive innovation across the firm.Responsibilities

Support internal clients in leveraging Fusion Platform capabilities for data and AI solutionsEngage with clients to understand requirements and implement integrated solutionsRepresent product roadmaps, articulating benefits and guiding clients on best practicesDevelop AI/ML experiments, applications, tutorials, and reference implementationsProvide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence development and strategyBalance multiple tasks and client engagements while staying current with industry trendsManage office hours to educate, demo, and collect feedback from clientsCoordinate across product, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver solutionsSynthesize complex information clearly and precisely for diverse audiencesCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Understanding of statistical models such as regression, tree-based methods, and neural networksProficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, Scala)Experience applying data science and quantitative modeling to real-world financial use casesKnowledge of open-source data analysis tools and machine learning librariesAbility to create technical documentation and present to varied audiencesRun @ AI speedHands-on experience or strong understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, GenAI chatbots, agentic architectures, and evaluation approachesAbility to manage ambiguity and context switch effectivelyOperate efficiently in high-speed, evolving settingsStrong skills in synthesizing complex informationExcellent communication skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Master''s degree in a quantitative disciplineKnowledge of cloud-based data science and machine learning servicesExperience with large-scale and distributed data analysis tools (e.g., Spark)Why Join Us?
