As a Product Manager, you will define requirements and drive initiatives for trading-focused solutions such as pre- and post-trade analytics, trading benchmarks, Broker-Algorithm selection, and other quantitative tools. You will collaborate with clients, researchers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven, valuable products.Responsibilities include:
Defining product requirements based on research and feedbackResearching and prototyping quantitative models with engineering supportBridging research, engineering, sales, and clients to deliver solutionsSupporting go-to-market strategies and customer engagementResponding to client inquiries about models and toolsMonitoring product performance and SLAsManaging the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iterationCommunicating with stakeholders and driving alignmentRequirements:
4+ years in financial technology or capital markets product developmentExpertise in global equity microstructureKnowledge of trading workflows, algorithms, TCA, and market analyticsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with SLAs, KPIs, and success metricsTechnical background in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or physicsPreferred:
MS or PhD in a quantitative fieldMulti-asset experienceProgramming skills, preferably PythonKnowledge of Machine Learning ..... full job details .....
