Lead Product ManagerOutside IR35 Remote Government Product Strategy GDS Standards Stakeholder Engagement Coaching and Mentoring Public Sector SR2 is supporting a key public sector client who are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to provide strategic leadership across a large and complex digital portfolio. This is a senior role requiring proven evidence of digital product portfolio leadership, the ability to engage and influence at executive level, and experience mentoring product teams while embedding best practice across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery and development of a diverse digital product portfolio, acting as the strategic point of escalation for delivery teamsProvide product leadership and direction to achieve key programme milestones across health, science, and national service projectsCollaborate on the development and implementation of digital strategies and operating modelsSupport the Head of Digital Products and Services to identify and prioritise continuous improvement opportunitiesCoach and mentor Senior Product Managers, developing them towards Lead Product Manager rolesEmbed Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and strengthen product capability across the organisationSupport the recruitment and onboarding of a permanent Lead Product Manager, ensuring a smooth knowledge transferSkills/Experience: Extensive experience in digital product leadership within large, complex portfoliosProven track record of working ..... full job details .....
