You will identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and act as the internal product expert—ensuring our offerings stay competitive, compliant, and aligned with market demands.Responsibilities:Own the product lifecycle from market introduction to phase-out.Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to inform strategy.Develop and execute product roadmaps, pricing models, and profitability plans.Work with suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory, availability, and product positioning.Support the sales team with product training, technical documentation, and customer engagement.Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance across the product range.RequirementsDegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science/technical/business field.Proven experience in product management or technical sales within the chemicals industry.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.Excellent project management and communication skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of REACH and other chemical regulations is a plus.Full UK driving ..... full job details .....
