The Product Delivery Management team works closely with engineering, product and data groups to build empowered, autonomous and multi-disciplinary teams delivering the right product, in the right way, as quickly and efficiently as possible.The Platform Security group, in conjunction with our Information Security thought leadership in CTO, and Security Operations groups, aims to keep the company’s information and products secure, enables developers to secure the various technological solutions they build, provides the data and intelligence needed to ensure our systems are protected at all times, and enables workplace agility without compromising security. In addition, Platform Security is also the home for our Public Cloud Centre of Excellence, enabling our company to leverage the Public Cloud for various business opportunity while promoting the best practices involved in doing the same.The roleAs a Product Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in enabling and amplifying product vision and strategy, translating direction into action by building delivery structures, fostering alignment, and supporting cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with engineering and product leadership to create clarity, surface risks and dependencies, and drive the execution of business-critical work.You’ll partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Partners to support the delivery of tools and services that underpin both internal workflows and customer-facing products. Our engineering teams are responsible for building scalable, reliable software infrastructure and experiences that serve a wide range of users, from internal teams to global clients.We’re seeking experienced strategic execution leaders who bring a structured, strategic lens to complex environments, people who are energized by building partnerships, creating alignment, and driving outcomes.This position is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our London officeWe will trust you to:Responsibilities

Guide and advise leadership in communicating and amplifying product vision, goals and strategic themesUnderstand, evaluate and govern value streamsPartner with Engineering and Product to help develop and track product roadmapsManage complex, cross-functional initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle from inception through launchSet the right expectations with stakeholders, see around corners, anticipate and mitigate risksExcel in managing initiatives but also keep an eye on the big picture and not be afraid to upend existing systems and processes if need beAssess, adapt and introspect right-fit delivery framework (methodologies, tools and techniques) most appropriate to help the team achieve their goal as efficiently as possibleImprove team''s performance by helping them to continuously reflect and improve, encouraging team cohesiveness through leadership and mentoring to facilitate successful deliveryBe able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring good judgment and flexibilityYou will need to have:Qualifications

4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area4+ years of hands-on experience working with lean approaches and agile development practices4+ years direct work experience in large scale program management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, experience with client journeys, and demonstrated ability to synthesize process dataProven understanding of the product life cycleExperience working and leading in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive processFoundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, architectureFoundational knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software development methodologiesHigh motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independentlyAbility to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesResults-oriented attitude and ability to follow through on tasks in a timely and responsible mannerAbility to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departmentsExcellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal and communication skillsBA, BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technology fieldWe\''d love to see:Desirable experience

An understanding in the finance and data domainAn understanding of large scale software or system infrastructureAn understanding of some key technologies behind Software security (IAM, encryption, security platforms) and Public Cloud ( AWS, GCP, Azure)Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Professional (CSM or CSP)Experience in leading or being part of Agile transformation in an organization that previously followed traditional/waterfall software development processesExperience using JIRA for planning and ..... full job details .....
