will
assist in the delivery of the key system products that support the overall finance systems and help improve the Finance team’s ability to deliver high quality outputs as efficiently as possible, whilst ensuring the systems are maintained and remain secure.What you will doWork closely with the Product Manager and the Finance stakeholders to assist in system updates, fixes, and the implementation of new functionality / solutionsEnsure that all defects / incidents and changes are recorded with the proper evidence and assist in configuring system updates and troubleshootingMaintain product queries and resolution logAssist in managing and developing data integration from other systemsLiaise with system vendors to resolve functional queries and system performance issuesAssist in the Vendor Management process for respective productsAssist in maintaining the highest standards and adherence to security controls around data and system integrity, evidencing effective operation of controls for internal and external auditsResponsible for user onboarding / offboarding of finance systemsEngage with product users throughout the business and participate in user groupsMaintain key reference data within finance systemsProvide ongoing support and help identify opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of finance systems, reducing complexity and improving user experienceProvide End-User TrainingAssist in systems testing following operating software updates
