In this pivotal role, you’ll harness data-driven insights to shape our products, influence key decisions, and drive their success.RoleWe’re looking for a data-driven problem-solver to analyse product performance and customer behaviour, transforming insights into strategies that boost adoption, retention, and revenue. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, map user journeys, spot behaviour trends, and turn customer feedback into clear, actionable recommendations that shape our product’s future.ResponsibilitiesDefine, track, and report on core product KPIs (activation, engagement, retention, churn)Conduct user pathway and journey analysis to understand how customers interact with the product across touchpoints, and identify critical drop-off points within onboarding, core workflows, and feature usageCombine qualitative and quantitative data for a fuller picture on customer feedback loop and customer pain-pointsCollaborate with product managers to set success metrics for new features and monitor post-launch performancePartner with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify data-driven upsell and retention opportunitiesBuild and maintain dashboards and automated reports in PowerBI and SnowflakeWork closely with wider business to ensure data quality and accuracy2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environmentProven experience conducting user journey/pathway analysis and diagnosing drop-off pointsExperience working with qualitative data analysis, e.g. sentiment analysis, to craft a coherent customer satisfaction and pain-point analysisExperience conducting adoption funnel analysis, pareto analysis and customer segmentation analysisStrong proficiency in SQL and PythonHands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Pendo)Understanding of key SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle analyticsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendationsExperience working with big data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)Experience working with DBTFamiliarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence)Knowledge of statistical methods for hypothesis testing and forecastingHybrid working (2 days in London office)Private Medical Insurance (including Dental and Vision) and Life Assurance25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days at a rate of 1 extra day per year)Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays for the months of July and August)Employer pension contribution of 5% of your gross salary, if you contribute a minimum of 3%Season Ticket LoanCycle to Work SchemeWellbeing support: Sanctus Coaching, virtual fitness sessions, wellbeing webinars, annual wellbeing dayHere at Orgvue we promote individualism and a diverse workforce to build on our future ..... full job details .....
