Leading and supporting a small buying team in their day-to-day activitiesActing as the conduit between suppliers, buyers, and internal teamsBuilding strong supplier relationships — from independent businesses to large manufacturersSupporting negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and service levelsHelping drive efficiencies and positive change within the teamWhat we’re looking for:

A background in procurement, buying, or account management within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial sectorsFirst-class communication and relationship-building skillsAnalytical ability — comfortable working with numbers, data, and demand planningEnergy, positivity, and the ability to influence people at all levelsCIPS qualification (or the ambition to work towards it with full study support)Why this could be your next step:
