Community Team Leader - Morecambe

Overview

We are looking for Home Care Team Leaders to join our team, delivering home care services in Morecambe and the surrounding area.Responsibilities

Welcoming new clients to the service, which includes completing assessments and care plansPlanning the service for clients (including keeping care plans up to date)Establishing a personal connection with clients (and their team members) to ensure they are happy and content with the serviceWorking directly with clients to meet their care needsResponsible for promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of service usersProviding leadership to front-line care staff through supervisions and appraisalsAbility to adapt and address situations quicklyBeing part of the company on-call structure for out of hoursQualifications

Firstly, we are looking for a customer-focused person who has a commitment to quality of care while achieving business objectivesYou will be able to plan, implement and assess ideas to improve the lives of our service usersIt is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a carPrevious experience in the care sector is preferredBenefits

Salary: £29,016 per annum
