You''ll be responsible for:Process Design:- Reviewing the current end-to-end process to identify strengths and weaknesses. - Defining and implementing measurable KPIs for improvement. - Designing an updated process that enhances overall efficiency. Process Implementation:- Collaborating with IT teams to integrate process stages into applications. - Partnering with business teams to implement non-IT process stages. - Producing user-friendly process maps and guidance documentation.
