Your Role
As the Process Optimisation Lead, you will take charge of evolving an existing business process related to third-party Artificial Intelligence products and services. You''ll be responsible for:

• Process Design:

- Reviewing the current end-to-end process to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Defining and implementing measurable KPIs for improvement.
- Designing an updated process that enhances overall efficiency.

• Process Implementation:

- Collaborating with IT teams to integrate process stages into applications.
- Partnering with business teams to implement non-IT process stages.
- Producing user-friendly process maps and guidance documentation.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Significant experience in process improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP Ariba Risk process implementations.
• Excellent business partnership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
• A knack for creating clear and engaging user-facing documentation.
• Risk management experience is a plus, but not essential.
