We''re seeking motivated Process Operatives to join a busy production team at a leading global Manufacturer based in Sunderland. This is an excellent opportunity for long term permanent employment after a period of temporary assignment. If you''re looking for a role where you can contribute to high-quality production and grow within a supportive team, this is the opportunity for you!Shift Pattern: Continental Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off / 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6amHourly Rate: 12.60 per hour for the first 12 weeks. 14.57 per hour, plus overtime rates Duration: Temp to permRole Responsibilities:Efficiently operate machinery to ensure smooth productionHandle and move materials using appropriate lifting equipmentEnsure quality control by monitoring production and resolving any flagged issuesConduct regular checks to meet production specificationsRecord production data accurately and maintain traceabilityComplete required paperwork and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsSupport job changeovers and follow line clearance proceduresKey Skills and Experience:Strong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamReliable and flexible with excellent timekeepingPositive attitude with a focus on safety and efficiencyIT literate, with experience in production data inputPrevious experience in continental shift patterns desirable If you''re ..... full job details .....
