We''re seeking motivated Process Operatives to join a busy production team at a leading global Manufacturer based in Sunderland. This is an excellent opportunity for long term permanent employment after a period of temporary assignment. Shift Pattern:
Continental Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off / 6am - 6pm andamp; 6pm - 6am
Hourly Rate:
£12.60 per hour for the first 12 weeks.
£14.57 per hour, plus overtime rates
Duration:
Temp to perm
Role Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate machinery to ensure smooth production
- Handle and move materials using appropriate lifting equipment
- Ensure quality control by monitoring production and resolving any flagged issues
- Conduct regular checks to meet production specifications
- Record production data accurately and maintain traceability
- Complete required paperwork and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Support job changeovers and follow line clearance procedures
Key Skills andamp; Experience:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and flexible with excellent timekeeping
- Positive attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency
- IT literate, with experience in production data input
- Previous experience in continental shift patterns desirable
