Project/Process Engineer -

-40,000 - -45,000 (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday (08:00 - 17:15), Friday (08:00 - 13:00) NO WEEKEND WORK
Key Responsibilities to be a successful Project/Process Engineer:
- Reading of Engineering drawings and CAD data to ensure manufacturing and accurate tool designs
- Lead product inductions and ensure smooth integration into production.
- Confirm order numbers and ensure process accuracy.
- Manage and improve production processes to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee tooling trials and process validations.
- Perform CNC trimming and assembly of thermoformed plastic components.
Required Experience & Skills to be a successful Project/Process Engineer:
- Proven experience in plastic processing, particularly vacuum forming, compression moulding, and working with composite materials.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
- Experience with CNC trimming and assembly work in a technical environment.
- Degree or HND/Hnc in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field (Desirable)
