So, if you''re analytically minded and have a history of driving process improvements, we want to hear from you!What''s in it for you?Work hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5:30pmSalary: £31,500 to £32,00021 days holiday, increasing with length of service, plus bank holidaysOther benefits following completion of probation:Enhanced Pension ContributionLife Assurance and Group Income ProtectionCar Scheme eligibilityProcess Analyst Responsibilities:Work closely with the Logistics Manager to identify areas for improvement across the logistics departmentDetect inefficiencies within the department by analysing current processes and workflowsUse data to create improved processes and workflows and implement these changes across the department, ensuring there is minimal disruption to operationsMonitor newly introduced processes and workflows to ensure they are effective, making adjustments as necessaryLiaise with stakeholders to share proposed process and workflow changes and to ensure they align with business goalsDevelop process documentation, guidelines, and workflow diagrams for the department and wider business to refer toProvide ad-hoc data support to the wider team Submit monthly reports to the head office, reporting on productivity and workflowProcess Analyst Skills and Experience:Experience gained in a similar position, ..... full job details .....
