Process Analyst

Process AnalystWe are recruiting a Process Analyst to join our client based in Tamworth. This is a key role focused on driving continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations, using data led insights to optimise processes and enhance performance. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will play a pivotal role in identifying efficiencies, implementing change, and ensuring operational excellence across the supply chain.As a Process Analyst, you will need to have/be:Experience in a process analyst or continuous improvement role, or a recent graduate with a strong interest in process improvement and operational excellenceBackground in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or a related operational environment, or a relevant degree with a desire to build a career in this areaStrong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasetsProven experience in process mapping and workflow optimisationKnowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement techniquesFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (e.g. AMOS or similar)Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective process improvementsExperience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholdersStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsExperience monitoring KPIs and evaluating process performanceAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in ..... full job details .....
