Blackstone Private Wealth was established to meet growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net-worth investors. Blackstone’s Private Wealth team packages and delivers the breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to partnering firms and their clients, providing ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.Responsibilities

Project manager tasked with onboarding funds with new / existing clients and driving strategic initiatives across Private WealthCollaborate with team leads on onboarding open–ended and closed-end fund offeringsOversee and coordinate approval of distributors between distributor and internal compliance / AML teamsReview and respond to internal and external client onboarding inquiries across all funds and asset classesAssist in collecting relevant data and documents required for onboardingContribute, support and learn from ongoing projects across EMEA, e.g., entering new regions and new product linesProvide support on operational client queries across closed-ended and open-ended fundsWork with European, US and APAC business units across Blackstone to ensure best practice for Private Wealth’s International client and investor services teamLondon basedQualifications

1 – 2 years of financial industry experience, with an understanding of investment funds and service providersStrong project management skills and ability to work with key senior stakeholdersAwareness of contractual agreements with counterparties and negotiating processesAbility to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment and effectively prioritize tasksClient and relationship management experienceFund Operations experience and knowledge of Fund Administration beneficialBe highly driven, proactive, analytical, have strong problem-solving skills and recommend solutionsAbility to multi-task and ensure strong prioritizationOutstanding attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a multicultural teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to think strategically managing multiple projects simultaneouslyTakes an organized and agile approach to delivering client onboardsAble to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clientsHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word etc.European languages advantageousEqual Employment Opportunity
