OverviewThis law firm in Bristol has a strong reputation for the work it does in Private Client law and is currently looking to recruit two Private Client (Tax and Trusts) lawyers – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 4 or more years’ PQE. Overall, the team consists of four specialist areas: Probate and Estate Administration, Trust Management, Court of Protection and Tax and Trusts. The Tax and Trusts lawyers are regularly instructed by accountants, trust companies and other firms of solicitors to advise on the best form of trust structures, drafting of trusts and give advice on UK trust and tax law. The team also manages a large number of trusts ranging in value from £250,000 to £25,000,000. Both the successful candidates run their own caseload of smaller matters (with an appropriate level of Partner supervision or not depending on your PQE) as well as assisting more senior colleagues in the team on larger matters. Matters you will undertake will include wills, trusts and tax planning for high-net-worth UK and foreign domiciled individuals, trustees and beneficiaries.

advising owners of farms and estates and farming partnerships

advising owners of companies and partnerships
