Audio Secretary/Administrator – Private Client Team

Overview
The Audio Secretary/Administrator will provide high level administrative and audio secretarial support to the Private Client Solicitors.Responsibilities
Support the fee earners within the team;Prepare and send out details by email and post, documents to a high standardOpen files and keep files electronic and up to dateOngoing support of case management;Client relationship management;To work within a team to develop the departmentTo assist the department to achieve fees to meet monthly and year end targets;Attend team meetings and courses where appropriate;Keep files well organised and property updated in accordance with the firm’s policiesRecord phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. Actioning to ensure response to calls, where necessary;Compliance with Company standards and procedures.To use DPS for all emails, letters, reports and correspondence and ensure other team members use it correctly;Requirements / Qualifications
The job will require someone who has a proven record of accomplishment in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities; the ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
