This position offers a blend of technical challenges and client interaction, ideal for a proactive and skilled individual eager to make an impact within a dynamic environment.Day-to-day of the role:Work closely with the Tax Principals and other team members to achieve results and foster an excellent team environment.Engage directly with clients to understand and meet their requirements, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.Prepare personal, partnership, and trust tax returns for some of the firm''s more complex clients.Review personal tax returns, advice, or other technical work prepared by junior team members.Identify tax planning opportunities, advise clients, and assist in implementing chosen options.Handle HMRC enquiries and compliance checks efficiently.Collaborate with multiple teams and Principals across the firm on ad-hoc advisory work to deliver comprehensive solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:CTA qualified or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in a personal tax practice.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to manage junior team members.Proficient in managing a client portfolio, responsible for compliance work and spotting tax planning opportunities.Good IT skills, ideally with ..... full job details .....
