The caseload will include a broad range of private client work, including:Wills and estate planningProbate and estate administrationLasting Powers of AttorneyTrust administrationCourt of Protection mattersGeneral private client support and client liaisonThe team acts for a wide range of clients, including elderly and vulnerable individuals, families, and high-net-worth clients, requiring a sensitive and professional approach at all times.The successful candidate will:Have 10+ years'' experience within a Private Client teamPossess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administrationBe highly organised and capable of managing a busy workloadExperience of case management software and WillSuite idealDemonstrate excellent client care and communication skillsBe empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients and sensitive mattersWork ..... full job details .....
