Private Client Solicitor - Wills and Trusts (3PQE)Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Bath (5 days on site)Salary: Depending on experienceWe are seeking a 3PQE Solicitor with expertise in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and capacity issues including deputyship. This role involves providing high-quality legal services to clients and assisting in the coordination of the PC team''s activities to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in legal case management and a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).Day-to-day of the role:Conduct initial consultations and client triage as required.Prepare Wills and provide advice on Trusts, capacity, and Inheritance Tax and court of protection workAdvise on Lasting Powers of Attorney, handling applications and registrations.Liaise with clients on probate matters and deputyships.Manage ongoing cases effectively and maintain organised and updated files in accordance with firm policies.Participate in networking and business development activities to generate workflows.Review and manage Work in Progress (WIP) and client financing for ongoing matters.Meet monthly and year-end fee targets.Attend team meetings and relevant courses to enhance professional development.Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years PQE with experience in Wills, Trusts, estate planning and court of protectionExperience in managing a personal workload and ..... full job details .....
