To register your interest, please contact Theresa Lucas on and quote Job Ref: 4994OVERVIEW:• The successful candidate will provide legal services to clients in relation to wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and capacity issues including deputyship. • In addition to this your main responsibilities will include: • Managing your own caseload. • Working with the team the develop the department. • Networking and business development for workflows. • Reviewing and managing WIP and client financing in relation to ongoing matters. • Keep files well organised and property updated in accordance with the firms'' policies. • Use DPS for all emails, letters, reports, and correspondence. • Utilise PC skills as necessary to carry out the job tasks. • Record phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. THE CANDIDATE:• The job will require someone who has a proven record of accomplishment in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities. • You should also be able to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines. • The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of legal experience, along with experience of using multiple systems, collating and analysing data as well as exemplary ..... full job details .....
