We are seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in private client work with a passion for delivering excellent services to a range of primarily farming and land-owning clients. Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to:- Drafting wills Estate planning Trust creation and administration Probate and estate administration Powers of attorney Tax planning Providing tailored advice to a high level Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Collaborating with colleagues, ensuring a seamless service Keeping abreast of all legislative changes and best practices in private client law Supervising Paralegals and/or trainees as required Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
