RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters, including: Probate and estate administration, Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance tax planning, Court of Protection applications Provide clear, empathetic, and practical advice to clients. Contribute to business development and the growth of the department. Build strong client relationships and uphold the firm''s excellent local reputation.
