The firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to become an integral part of its highly regarded Private Client team, taking over an established caseload while developing long-term relationships with an existing client base of high-net-worth individuals and families. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including: Wills and estate planning Trust creation and administration Inheritance Tax and estate planning advice Lasting Powers of Attorney Probate and estate administration Court of Protection matters (desirable) Contentious probate matters (advantageous) The department acts for an established client base, including high-net-worth individuals with complex estates, business interests and UK and international assets.
