Private Client Solicitor

An established regional law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Private Client team in Ludlow. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to take responsibility for a varied private client caseload while working alongside experienced partners and colleagues across a well-established Midlands team. The Role The successful Private Client Solicitor will manage a broad range of matters, including: Wills and estate planning Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Estate administration and probate matters Trust creation and administration General private client advisory work Client relationship management Supporting marketing and business development initiatives Identifying opportunities for cross-team referrals The role offers hybrid working, with up to two days working from home About the Candidate The firm is seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with: At least 5 years'' post-qualified experience (PQE) A strong background in private client law Experience managing a varied or generalist private client caseload Excellent client care and communication skills The ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues and external contacts A thorough understanding of professional and regulatory requirements Knowledge of GDPR, Solicitors'' Accounts Rules and Law Society guidance A proactive approach to business development and networking Strong ..... full job details .....
