• The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload including Wills, estate planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Trust creation and administration, Tax and Succession Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• You will advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex trust and estate matters, delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters.
