Private Client Solicitor / 5+ PQE / Greater Manchester / c£60,000 DOE / An excellent opportunity to take the next step in your private client career, managing a high-quality caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth of an ambitious department - To apply please call Teagan on and quote Job Ref: 5396 OVERVIEW:• Take over an existing caseload of high quality private client matters, advising a diverse client base including high net worth individuals, families and business owners• Handle a broad range of matters including trust administration, tax planning, probate, estate administration, complex inheritance tax, wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.• Opportunity to undertake Court of Protection work where appropriate and develop your expertise across a wider range of private client matters.• Manage complex matters independently while providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.• Play an active role in the continued growth and development of the private client department, with the opportunity to help shape its future direction.• Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years'' PQE and strong experience across a broad range of private client work.• STEP qualification, or a willingness to work towards the qualification, would be highly advantageous.• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills are essential, together with a proactive and commercially aware approach.• Join a well regarded ..... full job details .....
