OVERVIEW:
• Take over an existing caseload of high quality private client matters, advising a diverse client base including high net worth individuals, families and business owners
• Handle a broad range of matters including trust administration, tax planning, probate, estate administration, complex inheritance tax, wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Opportunity to undertake Court of Protection work where appropriate and develop your expertise across a wider range of private client matters.
• Manage complex matters independently while providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Play an active role in the continued growth and development of the private client department, with the opportunity to help shape its future direction.
• Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and strong experience across a broad range of private client work.
• STEP qualification, or a willingness to work towards the qualification, would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills are essential, together with a proactive and commercially aware approach.
