You''ll work closely with experienced colleagues while building lasting relationships with individuals and families and further developing your technical expertise. The Role You will manage a varied private client caseload, advising individuals and families across a broad range of matters and providing clear, practical and tailored legal advice. Your responsibilities will include: Advising on Wills, estate and succession planning. Handling Probate and estate administration matters. Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Building and maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships. Supporting clients with empathy and professionalism through complex and sensitive personal matters. Working closely with the Head of Department and wider leadership team to contribute to the strategic development of the practice.
