JOB REF - 5559 A well-established and respected law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in trusts and estate planning to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. THE ROLE:The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of private client matters, including: • Advising on the establishment, administration and termination of trusts. • Providing advice to trustees and beneficiaries. • Preparing wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. • Advising on estate planning and associated tax considerations. • Advising on lifetime gifts and trust arrangements. • Obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. • Preparing deeds of variation, deeds of gift and other related documentation. • Working alongside colleagues on a varied private client caseload.
