OVERVIEW:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will manage a varied caseload covering Wills, LPAs and Probate matters, providing clear, sensitive and practical legal advice while ensuring all work complies with relevant regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to advise on Will Trusts and matters relating to the Trust Registration Service, while developing lasting relationships with clients and professional referrers.
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Private Client law. Experience of Will Trusts and the Trust Registration Service would be advantageous but is not essential. The successful candidate will have excellent client care and communication skills, strong attention to detail and well developed organisational abilities.
