Private Client Solicitor / 3+ PQE / Leeds / £50,000 DOE / A great opportunity to join a forward thinking law firm, progress your career and make a real impact within a well regarded private client team - To apply please call Teagan on and quote Job Ref: 3253OVERVIEW:• Join a well established and growing law firm within a friendly and progressive private client team• Manage your own varied caseload of private client matters• Draft Wills and provide tailored estate planning advice• Handle Probate and the administration of estates• Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney• Manage Court of Protection applications• Advise on Trusts and related matters• Deliver clear, practical and compassionate advice to clients• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the department• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years'' PQE in private client work• Strong experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload• Client focused with a compassionate and empathetic approach• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment• Committed to delivering a high standard of client service• Competitive salary, dependent on experience• Friendly, supportive and collaborative working culture• Hybrid and flexible working arrangements• 25 days'' holiday plus bank holidays• Additional day off ..... full job details .....
