The firm has a traditional approach to client care and professional standards, whilst embracing modern ways of working. They are flexible when it comes to working arrangements and are happy to tailor the role around the right individual. Role: You will join an established Private Client and depending on your experience level you could handle your own caseload or purely assist the more senior members of the team. You will work closely with clients on a range of private client matters. The caseload can include: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Trusts Inheritance Tax planning Court of Protection work High-net-worth private client matters The firm has an established Private Client Department with a strong reputation for providing a personal and high-quality service to individuals and families. Requirements: The firm is open to experienced Private Client Paralegals, Legal Executives and Fee Earners, with the opportunity to develop your career within a well-established department.
