The role covers a broad range of private client work, including: Wills and Estate Planning Probate and Administration of Estates Trusts and Trust Administration Inheritance Tax Planning LPAs, Court of Protection and Deputyships Charity and Care Fee Planning Requirements: Strong private client experience, especially wills, estates, trusts, and tax Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision Excellent client care and communication skills Well-organised, professional, and proactive Desirable: STEP qualified or studying towards it (support provided) Secretarial support and career development opportunities available.
