Private Client Tax Senior Manager

on behalf of a

top 10 firm of chartered accountants

based in Kent. This is an excellent career opportunity for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join a reputable accountancy practice with a flexible working environment. Multiple locations across Kent are available.

The client, a well-known top 10 firm with nationwide and international reach, has experienced significant growth and values staff welfare. They offer a rewarding position with a clear progression path, delivering personal tax and advisory services to a diverse client base including directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, and wealthy individuals.

In this client-facing role, you will oversee advisory services on personal tax issues such as IHT, CGT, trusts, and estates. You will lead and develop your team, drive private client tax service growth, develop client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of the Kent office’s private client offerings.

Requirements

ATT and CTA, or ACA, ACCA, or STEP qualified

Previous senior-level experience in Private Client Tax

Strong client handling skills with the ability to maintain high-quality relationships

Proven experience in producing complex UK private client tax work within budget

Practice background experience, preferably from a top 100 or large independent firm, is advantageous
