A Senior Private Client Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE is sought to join the Glasgow-based Private Client department. Led by STEP-qualified Partners, the team provides specialist advice across estate and succession planning, trusts, complex executries, capacity issues and powers of attorney. You will manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy while being supported by a team of experienced colleagues. You’ll also contribute to mentoring more junior solicitors and play an active role in the development of the team. In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues in Family, Corporate, Real Estate and Residential Property to deliver joined-up advice on more complex and interlinked client matters. 3–6 years’ PQE in Private Client workStrong understanding of succession planning, trusts, tax and executriesAbility to manage a full caseload independently, including complex or high-value mattersComfortable advising HNW individuals and families, including cross-border elementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approachCommercially aware with a proactive mindset towards business developmentExperience supervising or supporting junior lawyers would be an advantageSTEP qualified or working towards, with full support availableBenefits
