This could suit someone early in their career who is intellectually sharp, pragmatic, and curious. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in property law, Wills, and supporting conveyancing, with the ambition to grow broader technical skills in private client work.This could be the right role for someone who isn''t naturally front-of-house but has a serious, thoughtful approach and is passionate about becoming an expert.Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of transactions and advisory workSupporting property teams with crossover issues from a private client perspectiveAdvising on ownership structures, property rights within estates, and estate administrationDrafting and advising on wills, powers of attorney, and guardianship applicationsEnsuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practicesQualifications
