Senior Client Administrator

to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, the

Senior Client Administrator

will take on the following dynamic

responsibilities :Initiate and manage client relationships from inception, collaborating with Investment Managers and coordinating account opening.Maintain existing client accounts, conducting periodic AML reviews and managing agreements and sub-accounts.Coordinate with third parties on custodial matters and derivative/FFX account openings.Cultivate ongoing client relationships where suitable.Handle client queries comprehensively, including reporting, cash transactions, custody, and transitions.The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following

skillset :Proficient in client onboarding procedures, with expertise in KYC/AML/CFT regulations, MIFID, EU Directives, and global tax reporting.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating sound knowledge of asset management company structures.Preferred experience in private client portfolio administration and relevant industry qualifications such as IOC.This presents a remarkable opportunity for an ambitious professional to make a substantial impact within a respected Asset Management firm.
