With offices in the US and Europe, and a fast-growing reputation in US/UK matters, the team is a recognised go-to for cross-border structuring, UK relocation, and international estate planning.What You’ll Be DoingAdvise HNW and UHNW clients on estate planning, trusts, and personal tax - both UK and internationallyLead on multi-jurisdictional matters, including offshore trust structuring and UK inbound planningSupport succession planning and business exit strategies for entrepreneurial clientsContribute to targeted business development alongside senior PartnersWhat You’ll Bring2–3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in private client, tax, or trusts lawTechnical ability in UK tax, estate planning, and cross-border advisory workExperience with HNW/UHNW clients, family structures, and/or offshore arrangementsQualification as a solicitor, CILEX lawyer, or experienced paralegal in private client lawWho This SuitsYou''re a commercially minded private client specialist who thrives on technical detail and client engagement.
