Location Kenilworth town centre - hybrid working consideredSalary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experienceWe are working with a Legal 500-listed, Lexcel accredited, award-winning law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal, ideally with 2 years + Private Client experience, to work at their office in Kenilworth. Full time or part time hours will be considered, as well as hybrid working patterns. This role will involve a good deal of client interaction. You will be well-supported and mentored in this position, working as part of a successful, friendly, collaborative team. The role will involve Supporting fee earners with their mixed caseloads of private client matters, with a view to running your own caseload further down the lineLiaising with clients by phone, email and face to faceDrafting of legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with third party professionalsAssisting fee earners in matters pertaining to wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and estate planningWorking as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputationSuitable candidates will have:Previous experience supporting Private Client fee earners or running your own straight-forward caseloadA good understanding of administration of estatesKnowledge of estate planningA good level of computer literacy Excellent client care and IT skillsThis is a permanent job, working either full-time or part time.
